Nduja

Italian Nduja is a highly flavourful and spicy spreadable salami originating from the Calabria region of Italy. It’s made from pork, typically including cuts like shoulder and belly, and is mixed with Calabrian chili peppers, which give it its characteristic fiery heat. Nduja is known for its vibrant red colour and intense, smoky, and spicy flavour profile.
